BlueBox partners Ltd is a part of the Allied Surveyors Group (ASG) with the aim to provide a Managed Environment for its Surveyors, Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors, and to provide technical support for corporate clients such as lenders. We also provide specialist training for new entrants to the profession as well as for existing practitioners, with the aim of maximizing their earning potential by providing them with additional competencies.
The Allied Surveyors Group is wholly owned by its surveyor directors and is run cost effectively to maximise surveyor profitability. BlueBox partners will embrace these principles for the benefit of the surveying businesses.
The Allied Surveyors Group has been at the forefront in facilitating a network of like minded individuals and practices that supply the surveying and valuation needs of both independent and other corporate organisations. This is achieved by setting a standard that all members work to and is recognised by our clients.
BlueBox partners will maintain a high degree of autonomy in order to preserve its independence in providing property advice to corporate clients. There are two principal areas in which this will be offered:
- AVM authentication process
- Technical support to the underwriting process in the context of property
