BlueBox partners is pleased to announce our HomeBuyer Report Assessment Service is now available. This bespoke, personalised provision will help individual surveyors prepare for the new RICS HomeBuyer Report.

Although Chartered Surveyors can offer the new format to the public from the 1st of July, few have seen a completed HBR let alone written one themselves. In our view, the best way to prepare is to complete one yourself before you offer the service to your clients. Once you have registered, you will be asked to convert one of your existing HSVs to the new HomeBuyer Report format and submit this for assessment. The personalised 'feedback' you receive will allow you to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and adjust your approach so you can offer the new product with confidence.
