CAP Module One - The New HomeBuyer Report
This module is part of the 'Condition Assessment Pack' that concentrates on condition related matters. This particular module provides a practical introduction to the new HomeBuyer Report (HBR) that was launched by the RICS in July 2009. We cannot cover all aspects in just one module so to give you an insight; we have chosen two elements from one property; a problematic roofing problem, and assessing the condition of bathroom fittings. The majority of other modules in the programme are 'HBR compatible' so most aspects of the new format are covered across the programme.
