CAP Module Two - The Identifying and reporting on health and safety risks This module is part of the 'Condition Assessment Pack' that concentrates on condition related matters. This particular module provides a practical introduction to identifying and reporting on health and safety hazards in residential dwellings and is especially relevant for the new HomeBuyer Report launched by the RICS in July 2009.
We cannot cover all types of hazards in just one module so we have chosen five examples that should test your judgement. Mostly they are 'emerging' issues which cause considerable debate during our training seminars. The majority of other modules in the programme are 'HBR compatible' so most aspects of the new format are covered across the programme.
