CAP Module Three - Managing further investigations in level two reports
This module is part of the 'Condition Assessment Pack' that concentrates on condition related matters. This particular module provides a practical approach to managing further investigations in level two reports and is especially relevant for the new HomeBuyer Report launched by the RICS in July 2009.

We cannot cover all types of further investigations in just one module so we have chosen two examples that should test your judgement. Because building services are a particular challenge for surveyors, we have created four separate modules to cover these as part of the 'Services Pack'. Although this module is 'HBR compatible' it will also be relevant to those who provide building surveys.
