CAP Module Four - Dealing with structural movement in level two reports
This module is part of the BlueBox partners Distance Learning Programme. This module is part of the 'Condition Assessment Pack' that concentrates on condition related matters. This particular module provides a practical introduction to assessing structural movement in residential properties and is especially relevant for the new HomeBuyer Report launched by the RICS in July 2009.
