Practical EPC Property Inspections

Have you completed your Domestic Energy Assessor training or recently become accredited and want to make sure your EPCs are correct? Do you want to build up your confidence before you start working for real clients? If your answer is yes to any of the above, then the Practical EPC Property Inspections course will suit you.

BlueBox partners will arrange access to a real property in the Coventry area where you will have up to three hours to complete an inspection and collect all the necessary data. During this time, a member of the BlueBox partners team will be in attendance to provide you with:

• comments and advice on your approach and techniques (e.g. inspection methodology, use of equipment, adequacy of site notes, etc);
• general advice and guidance on data collection issues.

Cost
Training: Half-day Course	£125 + VAT = £146.88

What is included in this course?

• Suitable and relevant pre-course information (e.g. site notes, explanatory documents, location of property, etc.).
• Access to an appropriate residential property in the Coventry area for a three hour period.
• Support and guidance during the inspection period.
• Provision of personalised feedback, model reports and other information after the course.
