HSV & Building Survey Masterclass

The HSV and Building Survey Masterclasses are aimed at those practitioners who:

• wish to broaden and deepen their skills and knowledge in relation to the inspection and assessment of residential property, or;
• are progressing towards their qualification (e.g. TechRICS, APC/ATC, etc.).

The aim is to provide a realistic opportunity for you to develop your practical inspection skills and property knowledge.

Cost
£220.00 + VAT @ 17.5% = £258.50 (per Masterclass)

What is included in this course?

• Suitable and relevant pre-course information (e.g. Guidance notes, codes of practice, etc.).
• Access to an appropriate residential property in the Coventry area for a three hour period.
• Support and guidance during the inspection period.
• Provision of model reports and other information after the Masterclass.
• Lunch and tea/coffee at appropriate intervals throughout the day.
